  1. Wash and soak the chana and the moong overnight or at least 6-7 hours. Put the moong and the chana separately in two damp muslin cloths. Keep sprinkling a little water over them to make sure that the cloth does not dry. Leave them on the kitchen counter.
  2. Once they both have sprouted well, we are ready to make our chat. Usually it's an easy one. Sprouts can be made comfortably at home. They are ready in 4-5 days. Once they are ready, Chaat can be made immediately.
  3. In a pan, heat Oil. Add Mustard Seeds and allow them to crackle well. Now add Dry Chillies with Chana Masala, Pepper and the Sprouts. Mix well and stir fry it. Keep stirring at regular intervals. After done, top with Feta Cheese. Adjust Salt after you add Cheese accordingly.
