I was missing green crunchy leafy vegetable, we used to have baby Kailan, Kailan, sweet potato leaves, Sawi (mustard leaves) in Malaysia. They serve any kind of green leaf vegetable with white rice. I used to make all these leaves there but didn’t try Spinach. As in Pakistan we don’t have those greens, but green season is here so I tried with Spinach.
